Sometimes we know that something needs to change, but we are not quite sure how to move forward. We can become stuck in overthinking, worry, self-criticism, or old patterns that leave us feeling uncertain, exhausted, or limited.

I offer counselling and coaching to give you the opportunity to pause, reflect, and view your situation from a new perspective. Together, we explore what is really going on beneath the surface, identify the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back, and discover what you need in order to move forward with greater clarity, confidence and ease.
